Think you have been scammed or targeted?

Stop communicating with the suspected scammer and make no further payments. Contact your bank immediately if money or banking information has been shared. Preserve emails, messages, phone numbers, account details, receipts and screenshots; change any compromised passwords from a safe device; and report the matter to the Cook Islands Police and CIFIU—even if no money was lost.
