Member since May 2001. APG membership supports regional policy development, mutual evaluations, training and cooperation.

Egmont Group of Financial Intelligence Units

Member since 2004. The Egmont Group supports secure information exchange, training and cooperation between FIUs.

Association of Pacific Islands FIUs

Member since 2011. APIFIU promotes practical cooperation and AML/CFT capability across Pacific financial intelligence units.

2017/2018 APG Mutual Evaluation

The Cook Islands was rated Compliant or Largely Compliant with 38 of the 40 FATF Recommendations in the evaluation published in 2018.
